1. Cancellation by Customer
1.1 Day Tours and Single-Day Experiences
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start time
- Less than 24 hours: 100% cancellation fee
- No-show: 100% cancellation fee

- Park Bus safari experiences
- Sigiriya, Kandy, or Galle day trips
- Whale watching tours
- City tours and excursions
- Adventure and water sports
- Cooking classes and workshops
1.2 Multi-Day Tours and Packages

2. Modifications and Changes
- Tour date changes may incur administrative fees
- Shortening tours is treated as partial cancellation
- No refunds for unused services once tour starts
- Upgrades and extensions subject to availability
3. Cancellation by Belkin Tales Holidays
- Full refund if minimum participants not met
- Rescheduling or alternative tour options offered
- No liability for external costs (flights, visas, etc.)
4. No-Show Policy
No-shows incur a 100% cancellation fee and no refund.
5. Refund Processing
- Day tours: 5–7 business days
- Multi-day tours: 14–21 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method
6. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
7. Force Majeure and Extraordinary Circumstances
Events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions) may affect refunds and scheduling.
